Gryder hosting a safety conference?

No story other than @eman taking a shot at me because I don’t own an airplane.

Don't worry, you'll get to remind him all about it when you're interviewing him for a job. :p

You get the joke. I get the joke. A good number of people here get the joke. If you’re in on it, it’s actually very funny. But for every else who doesn’t get the joke reads that and thinks, “mmm, I wonder what that guy’s deal is?”

Literally no one is thinking that. Sorry to have busted your balls in a ball busting thread. Post deleted. Don’t worry, it won’t happen again.

kind of like <fillintheblankifyouwanttogetbanned> hosting a seminar on interweb etiquette

Like my 1980's DG...probably not taking you in the right direction, and needs to be corrected... again.
LOL, your comment took me a minute to understand. I refer to the pompous windbag as DG!

How to steal parts from air crashes?

How to steal parts from air crashes?
I don't have time to google it right now, but the basic story was.

Plane crash
Investigation happens
Dan decides to go to the crash site and see for himself
Dan finds some parts
FAA/NTSB asks Dan for the parts (IIRC, part of this request was recorded and inserted into one of Dan's videos)
Dan refuses to turn them over and acts like a child claiming he has no obligation to turn them over (which, who knows, might be true, but a typically weird hill to choose to defend)

What I don't remember right now is if he did finally relent and turn them over or if the FAA/NTSB sued him for the parts, or some other option.

Anonymous putting up some cash, for sure. Lots of other people signed their full names. Sigh.

Did anyone else catch that it's at the Wyndham, same hotel chain that includes such prestigious names as Ramada, AmericInn, and La Quinta?

Bro wants more for his sham conference than I usually have to pay to go to a medical conference in a place like Vail or Napa and which includes, idk, actual CME I can use for my license and board cert. Which on that note, I'm thinking that getting his "summit" approved for WINGS credit is going to be a no go.
