Using table 1 it looks like an applicant doesn't have to take the FOI if they take both the BGI and IGI and will be issued an AGI/IGI certificate?

Or I guess they just mean buy 3 (FOI BGI IGI) and we'll give you one free (AGI)?

Unless you have goverment accreditation as a teacher you need to pass the FOI, now if you only need to pass it once for any and all instructors tickets, ie you got your FOI for your AGI so you don’t have to take it again to become a CFI or IGI or whatever.

Absolutely not. I have no idea how you found that, but that document has been cancelled.

If you want an AGI you have to take the AGI test. And you have to take the FOI unless you fall under the teacher's exemption.

Sorry, you cannot pass Go and collect $200. Nor does Get Out of Jail Free work. You have to pass the FOI.
