Well, here I am in the UK, meeting my new bosses, and getting the plan together for the coming year. I switched jobs (after 16 years) on September 1.
And if that weren't enough, there is a big air show at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford this weekend, which I will be attending. Saturday the Avro VULCAN will be flying, so I'll be taking hearing protection.... Both flyable Lancasters will be there on Sunday, but sadly, not me..
I haven't been to Duxford since 1994 when they were having the 50th anniversary of D-Day. There have been many expansions and improvements in the past 20 years, according to the local source. I'll post pictures when I return to "The Colonies".
