Hi,

I recently started to use the free and highly convenient web-based logbook of www.pilotpal.com

Their website doesn't look like much and it could use a good facelift - but the logbook comes with a long list of advantages:
  1. it's free...
  2. it's available from any computer with an internet conection
  3. you can upload all your previous flights to the database with Excel
  4. you can export (backup) all your flights with Excel
  5. you can print the logbook ( .pdf format )
  6. You can set automatic reminders (by e-mail) i.e. BFR, medical, etc.
  7. easy to use
  8. Did I already mentionned it was free ?
Highly recommended !

Another one I'm liking lately is http://myflightbook.com

It has a web site, Android and iOS apps, works quite well, with hundreds of attributes you can record for a flight.

The "MyFlightbook" logbook looks great too....

It might be a superior product thanks to the Iphone & Android apps they provide as a bonus...

I'll check it out...

Are there any that work with BlackBerry? This would be a neat way for me to do things on the go. As of now I only have a paper log book but it has been suggested that I "back it up". What I've done so far is keep scanned copies of each page in a large multi-page PDF.
