Might take less if you know anyone who's interested. It's a great little plane and we put it up for sale a year ago and chickened out at the last minute but this time I'm determined and just can't get that 182 until sold.
It is always windy here...lol. We go through about one windsock a year. Some days it's just not fun. If you ever get up here, let me know and I'll pick you up at the airport and coffee's on me.
