Has any one ever seen a chart or graph that has a corrolation of lenght of grass effects roll out/ take off distance.

like if the grass is 4 inches long, it takes 10% longer roll than if the Grass is 2 inches long.

How about wet vs dry?

I wouldn't take any of those numbers as gospel, there's lots of different kinds and densities of grass, plus the aircraft itself will have a big effect.

Of course; rather than guidelines, you'd need to carry an encyclopedia to cover all cases.

I would think tire sizes would make a big difference. Even trike vs tailwheel would have an impact. I think John's encyclopedia may be closer to the more accurate statement.
