On page G1 of the U.S. Terminal Procedures, is the following entry under Planview Symbols - Terminal Routes

Procedure Turn
(Type degree and point of turn optional)

I think there should be a comma after "Type". There is a "type" of procedure turn, a "degree" of turn, and a "point of turn" for the maneuver. Is there a "type degree" of procedure turn? I haven't heard of one.

Not that it is very important, I suppose.

must be the type setter at the print shop ran out of commas that day :rofl::rofl::rofl:
 
. . . and you are correct in your thinking; there should be a comma there. Additionally, there could be, but it's not necessary, a comma after degree. With, or without a comma preceding the "and" is acceptable.
