GPS 400

I have a used GPS 400 box and tray and connector that came with the plane I bought last year. No 8130.
Assuming it powers up and work is this worth anything? I'm in the market for a Gnc420 because its a Nav/Com

I would expect it is worth in the range of 3-4k, assuming it is WAAS capable. A non-WAAS is currently listed on eBay for $2195. I've been on the fence as to whether I want to install an older WAAS GPS unit like yours or a newer, less expensive NAV/Com that makes me legal to file IFR.

I've seen GPS400W units (the WAAS ones) sell for under $3k. I'd guess a non-WAAS GPS400 is worth maybe $2k, especially w/o an 8130 (which isn't really required, but some shops are a PITA about it).
