Next semester is gonna be a doozy! But easier than this semester's 16 Credit hours. Next semester is so far 13. I might add a class to get back to 16 again.

Monday/Wednesday - 7:30 - 8:45 - Math 121 (College Algebra)
Monday/Wednesday - 9:00 - 10:15 - English 101 (College Writing)
Monday/Wednesday - 10:30 - 11:45 - Economics 201 (Microeconomics)
Tuesday/Thursday - 17:30 - 19:15 - French 101 (Elementary French)

After this semester, I should have enough credit and the GPA to transfer to UNM, where I can be a Lobo and get discounted basketball tickets (yes....discounted, not free...sigh).

Go Lobos!

Sounds Cool Nick,
I received my new schedule also! I actually just took my last final Wednesday so I am a free man until January.

I have taken all of the classes you are taking except for French, so if you need any help at all, give me a holler.

wilco! I took my last final on Tuesday - my Physics final. I am very glad to be done with that class. I'm a bit anxious to see my final grades.

FRENCH?? One might consider Spanish in this part of the country. I can't imagine you're going to come across much French anywhere in North America outside Quebec. ;)

LOL - I agree. I'm taking it for a no brainer class since I took 3 years of French in high school. I need a foreign language, and I certainly don't want to add any more fuel to the Spanish language problem in New Mexico.

How's that for politically incorrect? :)

Hey Nick,

I passed my math class...YIPPEEEE!!!!!
Good for you. You know that you will have really mastered math when you pass up the lottery tickets. You have a better chance to being hit by lightning, twice, than winning the lottery.

The lottery is a tax on people that are not good at math.

Hey Scott, I've bought some lottery tickets in the past

As my Ex wife once said:" there is a distinct difference between intellectual and emotional acceptance!" (This was after agreeing to let me get my MBA!)

As an aside, I was in Ada, Oklahoma for three days getting my plane worked on. While there, a big headline was how the local Casino (Choctaw Indian I believe) had paid the State $176,000 for that week, meaning folks had lost over $1,760,000 that week. You want to talk about a losing proposition!!

Best,

Dave

but gambling makes you feel like a big shot...like you have enough to waste, which inflates the self esteem allbeit it's a false confidence, but the effect is still the same.
