Got my iPhone X on Wednesday

It was delayed due to the 8" of snow we had last Friday.

Pleased so far. Will try to put together a better review once I've used it for a week or so.

Anyway, left to right Karen's 7 in a Spec case, my X in an Otterbox Defender and my old 6+, also in an Otterbox Defender.

Overall the screen does not strike me as being smaller than the 6+ You can see its a tiny bit taller and a tiny bit narrower - I think that sort of cancels out, albeit with a noticeably smaller form factor.

The 10 screen is actually slightly larger than the screen on the Plus models.

The X screen is 5.8 inches. The iPhone 6/7/8 PLUS screen is 5.5 inches

Slightly below average I think...

I mainly mentioned that because in another thread someone said the X screen seemed noticeably smaller than the + screens.

My review that you didnt ask for-

The FaceId works, but I see no need for it. if they put the TouchId on the back of the phone, I wouldnt mind. The Pixel has it and its exactly where you finger would land

I get about 80% success rate with the Facial. Glasses, no glasses, dark or light, its all the same. No rhyme or reason with the failures, but its not a huge deal. My belief is that its easier and faster with TouchID than FaceID, but not night and day difference.

The full screen is nice, but the 'Driods have had that for awhile, so not that impressive. Camera is nice though.

Would I spend my $1k for one? No. I would stay with what you got or get the 8.
