Got any cool new foreflight features?

I ran into one yesterday. Airline flew over a thousand above. Mentioned to my copilot we’ll probably hit some wake turbulence. A few seconds later foreflight speaks up and warns me of possible wake turbulence and the tail number involved. Pretty snazzy.

We did hit a little bump, but not any worse than the rest of the turbulence yesterday.

Supposed to start putting weather cams on there to check those notoriously bad destination weather forecasts…at least I am told.

Oh nice, I’m surprised I don’t hear anything flying under the Ohare landing traffic. Wonder what the altitude block is for this warning to alert.

This is actually a bit more sophisticated than you might think. Pretty cool.

Since ForeFlight is now owned by Boeing, I expect it to start crashing iPads......

I would be more suspect of running it on any machine with Windows.
