Got a new "rating" today

FAA "Technician of Record". I'm authorized to inspect, repair and calibrate Allweather AWOS stations.

I took a 1 week course at Allweather, followed around technicians for a couple of days, and passed my FAA "checkride" today.

I had a great time.

Congratulations! Apparently LLR needs some calibrating, so they tell me when I have gone there. Is this a new business venture for you or something that works with your existing business?
