Despite all my worrying and stressing myself over my upcoming AME visit, my physical with my primary care doc went just wonderfully! My BP is a little elevated (but pretty darn good for someone whos packed on 50 lbs), in the 130s/80s, and my A1C was 6.9 and my ekg was perfect! I forsee my next AME visit a breeze. Gots all my bloodwork papers, copy of ekg, note from the doc....I'm armed and ready.



(And all this time I've been stressing over being ready and having problems getting my medical renewed)

Couln't stand it....had to brag just a little bit

From someone that always has trouble with my medical due to 'white coat hypertension', you deserve to brag. Good luck!
