Maybe this has been discussed but I don't see it in search.
What do you like about which ever one you use.
What don't you like.

Thanks

I have a GoPro III, used it heli skiing in Canada. Great pictures and video. Easy to use.

Mine had short battery life but probably due to the cold. I would recommend one, I'm sure as it goes with technology my year old GoPro is out dated now.

Hero 3 silver here. I love it. Use it flying, scuba diving in st. Lucia, mountain biking, and with my animals. Great fun and when in the case indestructible. My brother in law borrowed it on a recent trip to jackson hole and he too said the cold zapped the battery quickly. But I think any battery is susceptible to cold. Lots of setting to play with.

The only thing I would say is bad...prop shudder while flying, but I don't mind it. And how it breaks it up into smaller files while videoing. I guess it's better that way for editing but kind of annoying as well.

Overall gopro is a good camera. There is a reason why from pro's to amateurs use it. Nflight cams I've never seen so can't comment on them.

I preordered the Black Edition, and have been enjoying it. You can purchase filters that will get rid of the prop sudder while recording. I haven't had any experience with Nflight's, however one thing to keep in mind about the GoPro is that it has a mild fisheye lens on it.

I'll make it easy for you. There isn't an NFlightCam "Camera" anymore, Its simply a prop filter that works very well. NflightCam used to have an exclusive agreement with Countour, a sports camera company. Their cameras were really good, I still have mine and had lots of benefits over the GoPro (namely price to features offered). However if you are looking for new camera, just get the Hero III at a discount online retailer and buy the NflightCam kit if required (shooting through the prop arc).

Cheers
