Time to rise and shine boys & girls. It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood so lets get out and go flying! Clean the plane out, do a little maintenance, get your mind in the game of flying.

I'm on my 3rd cup of coffee and ready to take on the world! Headed out to the airport to take a newbie flying. Never been in a plane before! :eek: Should be fun!

Does look to be a decent day! Maybe even give the Cherokee a bath. Got me beat, still on that first cup.

Under a VIP TFR right now. But heading over to Clow this afternoon for the annual Cavalcade of Planes, and to Rockford tomorrow for the Rockford Airfest, complete with Thunderbirds!
 
Got up early.
Flew 4 hrs to Iowa.
Did IPC & BFR.
Flew different plane 3 hrs back to Atlanta.
Now eating some leftover home-smoked ribs from Monday.

Today was a good day. ;)
 
I took a newbie flying today. We went to a fly in bfast and there was a P-51 there. The local owner saddled up and took off much to the delight of the newbie, and me. We then took off and over flew Lincoln. I talked to ATC while newbie flew. He did a real good job. Then we headed back to base to watch the jumper land. He got a kick out of that!

It was a great day.
