Well, I kept getting emails from my never used Gmail account that Google Voice had charged my account. I never signed up for Google Voice, and I have no idea what it is.
Turns out my account was set up and hacked by someone wanted to use my account to make over seas calls. Haven't they heard of Skype? It's freak in free!
Anyway, cancelled that CC and will be issued another.
