Looks like the plane was in motion during the frame capture, and you're seeing shift in the scanlines as a result...hence the distorted photo.

If it's not that, it could be that the US Air Force is testing a gravity propulsion system and the plane was about to make the jump to hyperspace (it ain't like dusting crops boy).

I de-stretched the photo a bit, and the plane looks a little more normal.

i suspect it was an aircraft that passed under the photo plane as the shot was being taken. there's a google earth databased dedicated to aircraft caught in flight on google earth.

I'd found a/c in flight before on googlemaps, and they never had such a wierd appearance.

Fastidious attention to detail whilst scanning every square inch of the earth's surface via sat photos during all my spare time. (someone who lives there sent it to me)
