Google drones over Blacksburg

Anyone know what altitude these will be at? I assume ADS-B in & out but no due regard radar.

Blacksburg (home of Va. Tech) is one of the test areas because they've been doing a LOT of work on drones. There's not a ton of air traffic there, except on game days, KBCB and KROA are the two closest airports that are generally used.
