Will do. Maybe mix it in with a visit to Jay's place!
You can pick up our brochure at the Hangar Hotel. And vice versa.
Hangar Hotel is a different concept, aviation-wise. They've gone for an overall aviation "feel" -- making it feel like a 1940s diner, for example, and an old fashioned officer's club. That's something you can do when you start "from scratch" with a blank slate and $20 million.
Their rooms, however, are quite generic. Nice, but no aviation theme, beyond some basic artwork.
At Amelia's Landing Hotel, since we started with an existing motel, we had to go the other direction. Our emphasis is on making each room a unique era of aviation history. So, you can start with the Wright Brothers, and work your way up to the modern era on each subsequent visit.
We are both aviation themed hotels, but are quite different in execution.
