Good source for older MS Office permanent license package?

I need an older (2016 - 2024) MS Office suite, which INCLUDES Publisher. They are out there, but from companies I don't know whether to trust. Any recommendations?
 
The only old copies of ms office that you will find at this point will be grey market ones. (Either cracked ones or perhaps removed from old PC's and resold) Trusting anyone involved in this business is a bit of a stretch. My best suggestion would be to buy through a trustworthy marketplace...i.e. eBay, even if the seller turns out to be untrustworthy eBay should refund you.
 
I rolled the dice on Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus for windows back in 2024 w/ Softkeyworld.com.
I used Paypal to pay. Looks like it was $31.99 so yeah, grey market.
I had an issue activating it (big surprise....) but support got me another activation code and I've been using it all since. YMMV.
