Well here it is, the long rumored six bladed Luscombe prop. You can see three at the top, and of course there are three at the bottom. Still, I haven't seen any performance improvement. Perhaps the added weight offsets the added "efficiency."

The lack of performance improvement might be because your blades are parallel to each other. Take it back to the shop and tell them to mount all six blades in a proper radial orientation on the hub. ;)

Excellent thought. I called and they said they need approved engineering data and they'll make the change. I need to find a DER. No more FAA field approvals, sigh.
