The Reds just concluded their most successful homestand of the year. For the first time all season, the home team combined decent hitting and decent pitching with decent spicy brown mustard.




The Reds' success on the field coincided with the return - by popular demand - of Uncle Phil's Düsseldorf Mustard.
"My mustard throws strikes, not balls," quipped Phil Sass, founder and owner of the Berlin, Wisconsin-made line of Uncle Phil's mustards. "Maybe that helped the Reds win."

We used to to Reds games when we lived in Cincinnati. Marge Schott had a big mouth, but she kept the prices on the seats and munchies reasonable. Those were good times.
