Just got to Fort Worth. Had some cold Lone Star's and a big ole' Ribeye at Saltgrass. Life is good. That is all...

I have been tempted to move to TX, just the lack of rivers and lakes.

TX, AK, NH, my heart is there, but man I do like where I live country side wise and my friends.

Lack of rivers and lakes? Spoken like you’ve never been to TX! We have tons of lakes and no shortage of rivers. And none of them freeze over!

So true! Bordered on the and south by rivers. When I flew out of DFW there are numerous lakes, well, east TX anyway. Not many in West TX.

And most of them don't have any water in them., so you don't have to worry about falling in and drowning.
