All those prognostications are predicated on today's price for fuel...
Let it get to $10 (coming fast - and more) and you will see lots of 'plans' quietly go away...
Japan and China are starting to move manufacturing here because of the cost of shipping...
Gonna be a whole lot of changes in the next 30 years - too bad I won't be around to see it...
