Saw it several years ago. The pilot was following another plane (barely visible, but look to left of center for a thin blurry white line that moves across the terrain slightly; it is about half way between center and left edge,) so his concentration was probably there.

4 actually since it him, the guy he's following, the towplane, and whatever the towplane towed aloft.
