At 15:58 UTC on Friday 6/14, flying near Big Spring (KBPG) at NM-TX border, I heard a Mayday call. It appears a glider had a canopy pop and went down. I don't know if the canopy hit the tail or not. The tail number was N118MM, but I'm not sure. Seems like everyone on the frequency heard it differently. Nothing is on the AIN as of today.
