Happened just as were at the Squadron2 BBQ, and someone noticed "why is it so...quiet?"
Sure enough, the AP had been closed down for about 30min as an 182RG was circling with only one of his gear down.
One of the people at the BBQ here got some HD video of a low flyby, and then the approach and landing.
Awaiting permission from the owner to post it to youtube.
Nobody was injured, and the beer & Cheetos fueled speculation was that he was circling for an hour obtaining current insurance.
