Looking to find out how many are looking, interested or perhaps on a waiting list to rent a T-hangar at KCGF.
I am trying to figure out the market in and around KCGF for a potential T-Hangar(s) build. $325-$360 per month for rental on a 42 foot hangar with 115V power and power bi-fold door and concrete floors of course.
What size would you be interested in and what rental rate would you be more comfortable with for a certain size hangar?
Any information and/or input would be appreciated.
