Chip, thanks once again for the web site and furnishing a place for us to share our photos. I went back and added a few more to mine. If I got anyone's name wrong or put them with the wrong airplane, please let me know.

I hope more of you will post your photos soon. :)

BTW. Me and Tony put our pictures up at

Yesterday. I will add them to the Gastons website if I get a chance tonight.
Finally! We have a picture of Ken Ibold! Now we can prove that he really did come! I would have taken more pictures of Ken, and his Pitts if I had known he wasn't staying long.

Ahhh, where is the Uncomplimentary Picture Cam which activates only via the Sexist Motion Detector.

(Sexist Motion Detector, Patent Pending)

I'm uploading my pics, mostly taken by Kathleen. But it's slow going what with all the editing and airbrushing it takes to fix or remove the numerous unflattering photos of Diana. :vomit:

I'll get around to adding captions some day...

steve, ive been looking through some of yours while "working" They are great! couple good ones of me and Leah. thanks!

I'll pass that on to Kathleen, she took most of the "people" pictures. Hang on to Leah, she's a keeper. Tell her if she comes back next year we'll need to take a ride in a couple of blue canoes...lol...inside joke...

The picture transfer interface on the fly-in website is not the greatest, at least for my computer...I'm having to close the browser and re-login after every upload. I should be done soon.

Yes she is Steve, im glad that she got to ride with you, she enjoyed it quite a bit. Will query the blue canoes and I also had some issues with the photo site really dragging down my computer. Not sure if its the sheer number of your photos or my amazing lack of RAM.

Steve, You know that there are no unflattering pictures of Diana, Kathleen, Susan, Leslie, Kaye, or any of the other beautiful ladies who graced Gaston's with their presence!

(Leslie says "good job") :rofl::rofl::rofl:

Does anyone have a picture of Brandon, the young man who came with Dave S.? I didn't see one in the gallery.

Did anyone get a picture of me flying my shoe? I remember someone took a picture while we were sitting in the grass.

Please add mine. I'm in the Jeep shuttling people around.

You've trained him well, Leslie....

We got ours up.

The gallery app doesn't work on a Mac with any browser. I finally remembered I had it so I used Windows in the Parallels VM on the Mac. Chip, you'll need to detect that on the Mac preventer. Good luck. :D

Of course, as per usual with Windows, I had to find the very well hidden link to download Sun Java first. You get the impression that Microsoft thinks you shouldn't be running Java.

That's what's cha call a BWAHAHA!!!! in the techie world.

Now if I could just get those hours of my Sunday back.

I might have to reinstall Windows from scratch if I can't get my copy activated. At least I saved all of the downloads I put in so far. Just doing the 200 updates took several hours.

Here are some interesting shots from one of the acro flights we took...I can't remember who was with me in on this flight in the Citabria. I forgot to set my Garmin 296 tracking time to every second, so the corners in the pattern aren't as rounded as in real life. :)

That is really neat. I always forget about the flight tracking thing, it IS fun to see where you've been!

Very neat, Diana. How did you do this? I'm guessing that you download your position data from the GPS and overlay it somehow on a satellite photo?

Bill, I used software from a company called Appareo. I've been beta testing their software, and now their hardware. It's fun to play with. :)
