I put this video together of the full dam approach to landing. This works well in the airplanes I've flown there (172, DA-20, PA-28-180) and I believe it worked well in Chip's A36 in 2007.

Keep in mind that I'm not trying to tell anyone how to fly the pattern--as much as I hope it gives some guidance for those that are flying there the first time.

The pattern is simple, dam, to powerlines on downwind, and base when you're ready. This allows you to see the runway the entire time which is important on a one-way strip. (My final approach angle was intentionally shallow as the winds were much less dramatic)

I plan on putting this on the website:

Watching it directly on video provides a little larger video: http://youtube.com/watch?v=Frlzme0Erj8 and the video will be larger yet on the website (helps make the text more readable).

Jesse, someone on the purple board asked about the music in your video. I thought I read it somewhere here, but can't find it now.

BTW, you've received several compliments on your web site. :)
