Garmin Pilot - Safetaxi problem

I am running Garmin Pilot on two Android devices - my MotoZ phone and Samsung Galaxy tablet.

I subscribe to the US Premium Upgrade within my Garmin Account - and this supposedly includes "safetaxi".

when I toggle Automatic Safe Taxi on either of my devices, it shows to be "on", but when I return to the map it does not function. When I got back to Settings to check it, it is "off".

what am I doing wrong?

I just tried to reproduce on my phone. I don't see an option to turn safe taxi on... what I see is an option to turn on Automatic Safe Taxi. Is this what you mean? If so, I'm not sure why it's turning off.

You can get to the safe taxi diagram through airport information as well. Tap an airport, get the ring menu, select the airport icon, then the 'i' for more information, and there should be a button labeled "safe taxi". That'll show you the diagram. Well, it should.

The Automatic Safe Taxi function makes it so that after landing the taxi diagram is automatically shown...
