Garmin Pilot App - Weight and Balance Errors

Newer student here, I'm flying a 172N and approaching solo. So that means calculate everything.
I have Garmin Pilot App installed. When I input my data, the app gives me an "incorrect" datum or CG. I'm getting about 11 aft CG from my paper calculations, which puts me out of CG. Using the app, I can't even get in CG with just myself, my instructor, and 20glln of fuel.

My Calc is...

BOW 1450.7 MOM 56.56
Pilot/Instr 415lbs Arm 37 M 15.355
Rear Pass 200 Arm 75 M 15.000
Cargo 100 Arm 95 M 9.500
Fuel 20gln Arm 48 M 5.760

Total Weight 2285.7 Mom 102.175
CG 44.7

Garmin gives me a CG of 55.7!!!

What am I doing wrong, or is there a problem with Garmin?

Are you plugging in the weight, "arm" and empty moment values as written above into your app?
Your moments are actually (moments/1000), but your arms are actual inches. You can't mix it up like that. If you want to use the empty moment of 56.56 instead of the actual 56,560, you need to use numbers like .037 for the pilot arm to get things to work.

edit: I get your answer given that all of the moments are actually moments/1000 and the CG comes out as .0447 * 1000 = 44.7.

I can not come up with an "error" that gives me your 55.7 number.

What, exactly, do you enter into your "app"?

I got 44.7 using your numbers and pen and paper. If I used 56.56 as the BOW arm instead of the moment/1000 I got 57.8, close enough to make me wonder if there's a data entry error when using the app.

OK, looks like you need to enter your empty CG into the Garmin App. What number did you use? That seems to be the likely source of error. I get 39 inches based on 1000* 56.6/1450.7

On the N paperwork I have, Tthe rear seat arm is actual 73 (not 75). The fuel arm should be 46 not 48,
 
In the GP app your template should look like this. To establish the envelope you begin at the bottom left and go clockwise
