Yes the harness is included. Unopend box just like Garmin sends it.

Is there a warranty?

All the paperwork is in the box. It was a overstock item from a shop I deal with. Garmin goes by serial number for warrenty. I am not even sure what kind of warrenty they give on these? I have never seen a fried audio panel unless someone hooks it up wrong. They will probably go quick. Got lots of watchers on ebay. Had 3 and sold one yesterday.
