Just updated the data on mine. It is the emergency back-up back-up GPS. Thing still works just fine, too.
 
It sold. May have another soon. Just have 2 pilot III's now. One used and one new in the box.
 
Wish I didn't need a color screen. Monochrome takes too much mental processing for me.
 
I love the pilot III. It has the pointer option the 295 does not have. You just turn which way the pointer is pointing and you are on course. If its pointing straight up your good....
