GA Relief Efforts

With Hurricane Matthew bearing down on South Florida, I'm wondering where to find information on how I can help with my Cherokee 6. I wouldn't mind flying supplies or providing transportation to those affected. Can even consider trips to the Bahamas and Haiti. Anyone have access to resources?
