G3X. 2 GTR comms need audio panel ?

Reading through the G3X manual it says I can pair a GTR 200 and a GTR20 together with the can buss and designate one as com 1 and the other as com 2. this means no audio panel right ? so do the mic jacks go to com 1 ? Am I reading this right ?

I believe you still need an audio panel. The Com1 Com2 designation is how they display on the G3X display, so you don’t get them confused.

You need to email G3Xpert support. I saw a thread on the Van’s site about it. There were a couple of solutions that didn't use an audio panel. Interesting question.
