Funding for Synergy Aircraft

[jkgoblue]

Perhaps you have heard of Synergy and their unique design. Well recently, Kickstarter has decided to add them to their projects list but Synergy will need to get to 65k to get the funding. If they don't get to 65k, any money raised is returned.

It would be neat to see a full scale version flying.

I wish them well but am not a believer in the deltahawk engine.

These guys are just up the road, I haven't bumped into them. 65K doesn't seem like it would buy the nose wheel.

They should increase the goal by 99.945 million.

With kick starter if you don't reach your goal you don't get a penny. $1 short at the deadline and the entire wad is returned to the donors.

$65,000.00 is a modest goal and, its more than half way there! We should support it (I jumped in for $500). I would love to build and fly a Synergy, wouldn't you?

[Datadriver]

Yes...it looks awesome and has great advertised performance. I'm guessing the 65k is just to purchase the engine. I'd worry that this is a bit of a "double experimental": rare engine plus new airframe design.
