The FSX documentation says to click on Multiplayer and then create a Gamespy account. No matter what I enter, it tells me that I need to enter a password of at least 16 alphanumeric characters. (this is after it submits it to their site, then it comes back with this error).
I can find some web page references all the way back to earlier versions of FSX that this seems to be a common problem. People say to go to gamespy.com and register for a multiplayer account directly, there, and then just login from FSX. However, I can't find a place to register for the free multiplayer account, all I can see is a Subscribe link to become a subscriber to their site.
Anybody else try to register from within FSX? Do you get the error? Can you find a link on gamespy?
