I have a set (2) of new Cessna style uncut wheel pants painted yellow. They came with an airplane I bought several years ago. The owner had bought them for an experimental project he was working on, but sold it before he finished it.

They measure 32.5" over all length, the opening is 7 3/8" X 15 3/4".

$100.00 plus shipping.

Send me photos. By the way, the Vertex hand-held I bought from you still works like a charm.

Any idea what size tires these would fit?

I will stop by the hangar tonight and snap some pictures and post them tomorrow.

Thanks for the e-mail with photos. What I need is for the nose wheel, only.
If anyone is aware of same, please advise. (For a 1971 C-172L).

Have you tried salvage yards like White Industries or Wentworth?

Wentworth -- Not In Stock; Preferred Aircraft parts -- $565.20, though I don't know if that's USED or NEW. Plus it was quoted for a certain Serial # range for which I think mine is a higher # than the range they quoted.

I'm thinking about getting one of the LoPresti wheel pants. It would be more of the teardrop style than is my original, but . . . . . . . . .

I'll try White Industries -- thanks.

Whatever you do, don't hit a barn, it does like $4,000 in wheel-pant damage on a PA-28-181.
