BE23 1980 Sundowner Not for sale

After a lengthy discussion with my Bride we have decided not to sell our Sundowner. Thanks to the folks who inquired and to those who made an offer.

I have extensive documentation on 08Romeo. She is a sound flying machine that has been very easy on maintenance. I have all my work done at Cecil Aero (58M) and anyone interested in this aircraft is welcome to call and check up on her service history. My original pre-buy was done by Paul McCracken of Waypoint Aviation when he was based at T31 and at Aeromark.

Nice set of avionics. That would make a very nice IFR trainer. (Stable and well equipped!)

Good luck with the sale, Gary! I remember when you picked her up.

How is going from 2 doors to 1 an upgrade :)
Good luck with sell and search

Great plane! Some one will get a real beauty, Flown her a few times and its very well equipped and flies like its on rails.

My first night landing making the stop at the POA fly-in at Windwood resort in WVA......what an adventure that was. :)

I think your Aztruck is still on the home page picture.

Thanks Adam, she is a very stable IFR platform.

Sure enough! The Aztruck lives on! I do miss that plane in many ways, but I don't regret selling it. The extra speed and other features of the 310 make it much nicer. I'm sure you'll find similar going to the Bonanza from the Sundowner.
