Hello everyone. I am listing a Debonair for sale that I have been working on for about 6 months now. We rescued the a/c back in the winter and ferried it back to our shop where we have been fixing (well almost everything)!
We installed a new interior, new cygnet yokes and bar, all engine accessories are either new or overhauled, tires, seals. etc... you get the point. I can fill in any details that you would like to know. Airframe times are low about -3200TT
-engine time is around 1700SMOH.
-It has an IO-470-K with a Flottrop propeller.
-Annual was done a few months ago.
-Alternator upgrade
-New fuel tanks with eagle flush mounts 80 Gal total
-Airtex interior
-Extended baggage bay
-Paint in excellent shape Painted in 1998
-STEC 50 Autopilot Currently in overhaul
-New Magnetos
-Overhauled fuel system
-Oil filter
-Cygnet Yokes and bar
-No GPS.
-(2) KX155 Nav/com
-DME
-Wing strobes

What is the AD history of the prop and what are the prospects of getting replacement parts on a Flottorp?
There is no ADs on the prop. Now replacement parts is something I don't know about. I don't have a lot of experience with the model.
