Just had to tell you about the great service I got at the "Jet Center" when I made an emergency trip there due to my daughter going into labor. I just landed and a little cart was there to greet me and make arrangements for fuel. As soon as I asked about a crew car it was delivered to the plane with the only condition being I stop at the office so they could do paper work.

When I told them why I was there they went into over drive to make my stay very worry free as far as the plane went. A hail storm the night before had damaged several planes so hangar space was at a premium, but they found a spot for my plane if I needed it. The line crew was simply amazing.

The "gals" behind the counter could not have been more helpful even staying late to find a hotel room for me at 10:00 at night! A soft ball tourney made rooms scarce as hen's teeth, but they found one 20 mins away.

All this for a piston airplane that bought 25 GALLONS OF 100ll. :yes:

The "Jet Center" AT Ft. Collins, CO, KFNL has the best attitude of FBO's I've seen in a long time.

Glad it worked for you, and I hope your daughter and new grandchild are fine.

I have had less consistent experiences at that FBO. Last winter, when I arrived in the late afternoon, the line guy promised to tie my plane down and fuel it, but when I got there the next morning nothing had been done. Luckily I had put my own chocks under the nosewheel, and there had been no storm that night.
 
They're pretty good there. Not always consistent.

Glad the family is okay, grandpa. ;)
