Yup; but for what that would set you back you could probably "buy-in" to this "colony" which is about 1500' from the little harbor where my 20' boat is moored. These are part of the make-up of Five Islands, the Southern tip of Georgetown, and about six miles below my house.
How would you like to have the responsibility of sanding/painting the long catwalk?
One needs to "be invited" to set foot on the little paradise(s).

Thats cool but where do you put the fishing rods? I guess you could aways water ski off it.
