Foreflight interface to X-Plane

So tonight I finally tried the built-in ForeFlight interface with X-Plane. Works great! ForeFlight matched my location in X-Plane exactly, even giving runway alerts as I approached or entered runways. This is gonna be slick.

No wires--just uses my normal internal network. I put my iPad in its normal flight cradle and used the RAM suction cup to stick it to my desk.

Now I might need to return the cable system I purchased the week before FF announced this feature, which I intended to use to interface my iPad with X-Plane and FSX.

It is good. Just a few minutes ago I flew with it from Hesperia to Redlands, all at my desk here in Portland.

One of the deficiencies of X-Plane up to now has been the lack of a good moving-map GPS for GA airplanes. This new feature solves that.

Yea, I have used it... It works great. I just use the yoke mount on the CH yoke, and it holds it just like in the plane.
