ForeFlight getting cute?

    ForeFlight did away with the Stratus only connect some time ago. Stratux AHRS works very smoothly in ForeFlight now. I have tried other EFB’s but like ForeFlight. $199 per year is not too much, IMO.

    yep, tried it in a 3000' cabin it reported GPS altitude. No baro sensor on my ipad. Don't think it'll kill me

    Saw iFlyGPS at SnF and decided to give it a shot.

    It's a bit cheaper than Foreflight. Not as polished and not as complex (good and bad) but it also seems a bit more intuitive; I dont find myself having to dig as much to find things at least. I also like that it can run on android, iOS and Windows... If I like using it enough I plan to upgrade to the multi-platform license and put it on my Surface Pro and maybe get rid of my iPad...
