Foreflight Dynamic Procedures NA on my ipad

Is this feature only for the rich and famous? Or can lowly people like me use it too.

I am failing to find any way of opening the sidebar. Is there something that needs to be turned on before it can be used?

I'm on version 17.6 (162235) which appear to be the latest available to me.

Unless you’re a beta tester/using the Test Flight version, it’s not been released yet.

OK...now I understand. I felt like I was a redheaded step child for the past few days as I could not bring up the new features either.
