Foreflight checklist issue

I created a custom checklist for my specific airplane that I used for almost a year without issue. However, a few months ago I tried to use the checklist on my iPad, but I got a gray box with a circle and the word Loading. Same thing happens on my iPhone. Powering off both devices did nothing. A few foreflight updates later, no resolution.

I have reached out to ForeFlight technical support and they are willing to help me try to restore my checklist, but at this point, I am worried this might happen a second time.

Anyone else have this problem or am I experiencing a one-off?
