Is there an HOA or other restrictions? Airport security? Airport rules?

My wife has the important question: Any equestrian communities in the area?

Our retirement plan is I’ll live in the hangar and she’ll live at the barn lol

I was interested in this property, but after reading the bylaws, it appears they do not want you living there full time. There however is another hangar home listed for $699k that looks like you could live there full time. Maybe a reason why not much has sold at Broad River due to the living restrictions.

Confirmed with the owner, you can live there full time.
