First Mid Atlantic RV fly in at Westminster. Had a bunch of them. Formation flying, overhead breaks and the whole enchilada.

Best tail art, Amelia's sister?

And of course my Comanche, best looking girl at the dance, but I'm biased.

Pic #6 is sure a funny looking RV. What model is that?

:D

Were there overhead breaks? It just ain't an RV flyin without overhead breaks or someone wearing a flight suit! ;)

Some guys flew an echelon right, a diamond and a "v" at pattern altitude. Started out a little wobbly, got better. One overhead break. No flight suits, too darn hot.

Good deal on food. 1/4 lb hot dog or burger and a soda for $3. Probably accounted for the good turnout. Probably 20-25 birds. A lot of nice examples.

Oh, and there was one of these. An RV 16?

Nice paint!

Gotta love summer and the RV gatherings. 3 weeks to OSH... the grand daddy of them all. :D

Think I'll go flying.

Pic 4 was voted best base paint color you would not think of, at least by us.

Flew up in the Arrow with one of my partners and my son. Had fun with some actual IMC inbound. Best of all, found out my Arrow partner (a tall lad) fits better in a RV-6 than he does the Arrow. Airplane partnership number two in the works, before you know it we might have to call ourselves a club!

I love that tail art!
:D

Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S3...

One fascinating common trait I always enjoy about the RV owners is their love of good paint jobs and designs.

Is that a veiled gay joke? ;) ;) ;)

Oh now here come the overly-sensitive to whine...

He didn't say they have fabulous taste in shoes. Take it easy there...

Not that there's anything wrong with that... :D

RVs are just great looking aircraft that easily lend themselves to a great paint job.
