Ooops. That's not quite correct (my fault). That clue should have read:

The first clue was from another one I did on another board. This makes more sense. (I've edited the original.)


Now, how about the first part?

If you decode the hint, it will help a lot, I think. Here is a hint for solving that hint: What do you think of when you see a string of zeros and ones?
 
By the way, Greg H deciphered the first clue, so he knows what that code is, but I had to correct it. If you use his method to decipher, the clue will read correctly.
 
Well the binary converts to "Wright or wrong, it is the subject of much controversy"

As far as the stuff in the first two clues, im lost so far...

Great Tony! That was the original clue, which was in hex.

Now, how's my spelling in that clue?
 
Well obviously you must be talking about whether or not the Wright Brothers really made the first airplane flight or not, im just not sure about the DO ELF EVIL thing.
